“Casa Mansi” is a charming historic 16th Villa, in the heart of the elegant, unspoiled Tuscan spa town of Bagni di Lucca, a comfortable, relaxing place in a beautiful setting. It is situated in Bagno alla Villa’s quarter, the oldest neighbourhood of Bagno di Lucca with cotto tiles and chestnut beams, ideal for peaceful romantic breaks. It is very cheerful and extremely panoramic. Views from the windows along the River Lima and the surrounding chestnut clad mountains. A setting that looks almost alpine, yet is only 152metres above sea level. The villa has two independent apartments “Byron” and “Shelley” with a little garden which can be rented singly or together for larger groups.

“Casa Mansi” is near the down town, furthermore, a large supermarket and several restaurants and nice cafe, a pharmacy are located within walking distance200 mt.; offering - among other things within the town a thermal spa, a tennis club, small theatre and local markets. The area is ideal for trekking, mountain biking and horse riding, the river for fishing, caneoing, swimming and paddling. You can use the swimming pools of Park Hotel REGINA 150 mt.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. Please provide own towels for the beach and pool area. The flat will be cleaned before you arrive.

Changeover day
Any day. Rooms available on 3 nightly basis in low season and 5-7 nightly basis in high season. Check out 10.30 am and arrival anytime after 2pm until 8 pm is fine. Before or after this time please let us know.

Notes on accommodation
It is not possible to reach both flats without using steps/stairs, so the particularly elderly or infirm may wish to take this into consideration. There is parking for 1 car outside the front door of the house just to move baggage into/out the house, not to park; the vehicles to be left in the parking 40m from the house
Fans and ironing board available, washing machine for the guests, it is required a small fee per washing machine load.
